Flyfix by Blue Ridge uses the information you submit through its contact form to respond to your inquiry, discuss a demo or pilot, and keep a record of that conversation.

What the form collects

Your name, work email, company, optional phone number, request type and message. Hosting and delivery services may process technical information needed to deliver the page, protect the form from abuse and send your inquiry to the team.

What to leave out

Don’t submit passwords, access credentials, PLC source code, sensitive plant documents or other confidential operational details here. Any later exchange of technical records needs an agreed scope and approved channel.

How we use it

We use inquiry information for follow-up and service planning. We do not sell inquiry information or treat an inquiry as consent to unrelated marketing. Vercel hosts this website, and Resend processes contact messages for delivery to the Flyfix team’s email inbox. These services process information to provide their functions.

Questions or removal requests

Use the contact form to ask about your inquiry information or request its correction or removal. Please identify the email address used for the original request. Records may need to be retained where required for an active service engagement or legal obligation.
