NVIDIA EDGE AI
Advanced compute. Machine-specific knowledge.
A drone-delivered AI field kit. Machine-specific context. A controls expert, live.
Your plant’s data. A controls expert on the other end.
Small pod.
Serious intelligence.
The first Flyfix pilot pairs a small drone-delivered NVIDIA AI pod with approved machine documents and a knowledgeable controls specialist. Your technician’s phone provides the camera, screen and live connection.
Start with one machine and a short, supervised delivery on an approved route. Land. Disarm. Carry the pod inside. Plug into approved power and put local AI and a real expert to work. We validate the payload, connection and useful task before the customer demonstration.
Put Flyfix to workAdvanced compute. Machine-specific knowledge.
Phone camera now. Job-specific sensors later.
Approved connection. Named, scoped access.
Controls expertise, with you in real time.
PROPOSED ARCHITECTURE / NVIDIA EDGE AI
A miniature NVIDIA computer is the selected platform for the first pod. Local language-model assistance, grounded in approved manuals and machine history, helps the specialist connect the evidence. The pilot validates useful answers on the actual device.
The film and case image illustrate a future larger module. The first pilot uses a small AI pod with phone-assisted communications. Hardware fit, flight retention, local AI and access controls require commissioning. AI does not autonomously control your equipment.
Encrypted live video and voice, TLS 1.3 for service traffic, and authenticated device connections.
Named users, time-limited expert access, plant approval and session activity records.
AES-256 encryption for stored kit data, controlled access to plant documents, and an agreed retention policy.
Proposed field-kit controls, subject to implementation and verification with your plant. Flyfix does not currently claim DoD authorization or FIPS validation.
HELP HAS
LANDED.
Small bag. Serious brain.
And a human on the line.
One critical asset.
Drone delivery + local AI.
A useful next move.
Map the controller, recurring fault and approved machine data. Identify the controls expertise and measurements the job needs.
Fit and test the small AI pod, positive-lock carrier, phone connection and expert session. Prove the complete handoff on an approved flight route.
A specialist reviews the evidence with your team and identifies the next action. Any production change gets its own approval.
Bring the alarm, the circumstances and the machine history into one investigation. Start with a recurring PLC, HMI or drive issue.
Map the missing records, software and specialist support before the next outage. A useful first pilot can be a rehearsal.
Keep the controls, motor and process evidence together so the right Blue Ridge specialist can own the next action.
A hard-to-find adapter. A remote expert’s eyes. A difficult inspection. Add another opportunity to your pilot brief.
Pick a machine. Tell us what your team needs. We’ll discuss a demo and define the flight, AI task and expert support for a useful pilot.
A real conversation comes first. Demo timing and service scope are confirmed with our team; submitting this form does not dispatch an aircraft.
The planned knowledge layer uses your approved manuals, machine documentation, service history and session observations. It gives the controls specialist relevant context with traceable sources. The pilot selects the approved sources and proves whether they help the investigation.
A short, supervised drone delivery on an approved route, a lightweight AI pod, phone-assisted communication with a controls expert, and an evidence-backed next action. Aircraft, payload, site and weather conditions must be accepted before flying. Longer-distance delivery is a separate operating scope.
The first pilot is assessment-only. Any later change needs a separately approved scope, a qualified controls engineer, plant authorization, and the appropriate backup and rollback process. AI does not write to the machine.
Keep it. Flyfix is intended to close the gaps between mixed-vendor equipment, incomplete records and the people who can act on them. The pilot should prove whether it adds value at your plant.
